ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L., a legally constituted company registered in the Registry of Tourism Service Providers of GERCETUR Cusco and authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), reaffirms its institutional commitment to strict compliance with current Peruvian legislation and the comprehensive protection of personal data belonging to our clients, collaborators, and commercial partners.

II. OBJECTIVE

To establish the principles, procedures, and measures adopted by ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. for the processing of personal data, in accordance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and applicable complementary regulations.

Likewise, to provide detailed information on the mechanisms available for data subjects to exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights).

III. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Privacy Policy applies to all operations involving the collection, storage, processing, use, and transfer of personal data carried out by ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. in the development of its specialized tourism services and spiritual activities, both in physical and digital environments.

It also extends to collaborators, suppliers, and third parties contracted by the company who participate in the processing of such information.

  • Identity document number.
  • Clear description of the request.
  • Simple copy of the identity document.
  • In the case of representation, the legal document accrediting such representation must be attached.

IX. FINAL INSTITUTIONAL DECLARATION

The formalization of any reservation or program with ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. implies the express acceptance of the terms, conditions, and policies described in this document.

By participating in our experiences, the traveler acknowledges personal responsibility and accepts the established conditions, in accordance with the tourism and civil legislation of the Republic of Peru.
