I. INSTITUTIONAL INTRODUCTION

ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L., duly registered in the Registry of Tourism Service Providers of GERCETUR Cusco and authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), thanks you for choosing our specialized spiritual tourism services.

These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual framework governing the relationship between ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. and our clients, in accordance with current Peruvian tourism legislation. The formalization of any reservation implies express and irrevocable acceptance of these provisions.

II. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCESS

2.1 Reservation Requirements

• Full name (as per ID/passport)
• ID or passport number
• Professional occupation
• Specific dietary restrictions
• Relevant medical conditions and allergies
• Full address, email, and contact numbers
• Emergency contact phone number

2.2 Service Confirmation

Once the reservation request is received, ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. will issue written confirmation guaranteeing the provision of the requested services, subject to availability and compliance with established payment requirements.

III. PAYMENT POLICIES

3.1 Initial Deposit

To definitively confirm reservations, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the contracted program is required.

3.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 15 calendar days before the start date of the contracted program.

3.3 Payment Methods

• Interbank bank transfer
• Authorized payment agents
• Electronic payment through authorized platforms
• Any bank or transfer fees will be fully assumed by the client.

IV. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Client Cancellations

• Cancellations must be notified in writing.
• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 30 days in advance: 100% penalty.
• Cancellations between 30–45 days in advance: 70% penalty.

4.2 Itinerary Modifications

• Service availability.
• Additional rescheduling costs.
• Applicable supplier penalties.

4.3 Company Cancellations

• Failure to complete payment.
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
• Conditions that prevent safe operation of the routes.
• In such cases, viable alternatives will be proposed, without the company assuming responsibility for additional expenses.

V. SCOPE OF SERVICES

5.1 Included Services

• Accommodation in specified establishments.
• Breakfasts according to hotel category.
• Services expressly described in each program.

5.2 Services Not Included

• National and international airport taxes.
• National or international airfare.
• Excess baggage fees.
• Activities not included in the itinerary.
• Gratuities.
• Travel insurance.
• Personal expenses unrelated to operations.

VI. SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

6.1 Physical Condition and Health

Programs require good physical and mental health, truthful disclosure of pre-existing medical conditions, and acknowledgment of risks inherent to natural environments.

6.2 Travel Insurance

• Personal accidents and emergency evacuation.
• Loss of luggage.
• Medical itinerary changes.
• Force majeure cancellations.

6.3 Emergency Assistance

ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. provides basic first aid by certified guides, evacuation coordination when necessary, and documentation for insurance claims. Evacuation and specialized medical expenses are the responsibility of the client.

VII. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

7.1 Service Providers

ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers and is not responsible for:

• Issues caused by third-party providers.
• Loss of luggage or delays.
• Force majeure or unforeseen events.

7.2 Quality Commitments

• Careful selection of providers.
• Continuous service supervision.
• Client assistance throughout the program.

VIII. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The formalization of any reservation with ANDEAN LUMINA E.I.R.L. constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable Peruvian tourism and civil legislation.
